The artwork on the apparel is inspired by sayings often heard from moms and children at home. The collection's vibe is a mixture of comfortable basics with a retro twist, mixed with some dressier items to complete their fall wardrobe. It's all styled in a preppy way mixed with graphic elements. The collection is outspoken, fun, and bold – just like our kids!

From Antwerp with Love

Cos I Said So is an Antwerp-based brand, founded in 2016 by boy mom Sofie Ysewijn. All of their basics are made using organic cotton, and their main focus is to be as sustainable and ecological as possible – as you know, I love that. The collections are designed in Antwerp (Belgium) and produced in Portugal. Cos I Said So is conscious about (over)production, therefore they only produce what they sell. Every little bit helps the environment and secures a better future for our kids. They even avoid the use of plastic and unnecessary packaging as much as possible.

He measured wood to make bird cages, wrote letters in mud, explored different tools, and truly enjoyed learning!

What really stands out to me is their commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, comfort, and quality. I love that they use natural fibers like organic cotton and recycled materials in their clothing.

"Embracing Circularity"

The AW24 collection, "Embracing Circularity," is all about finding creative ways to give new life to waste. This season's theme, "Wooden Memories," features guest artists Maria and João, the So-So duo. Inspired by Portuguese expressions, they create objects from wood waste. I'm fascinated by their simple, timeless pieces that spark a little one's imagination.

Special Edition Highlights

The collection includes two Special Edition pieces that I'm excited about: an interactive hedgehog and an interactive mobile. It's amazing to think that the wood used in these creations comes from trees damaged by storms and fires - talk about embracing circularity!
