Mario's Hippo Trip in Lisbon, Portugal

On our second day of Mario's fall break adventure in Lisbon we took a HIPPOtrip, a bus that transforms into a boat, to see Lisbon both by land and on the river. We learnt about the rich history and culture of Portugal’s capital in a fun and exciting way. Mario loved the thrill of plunging into the Tagus River "in a bus”… that "transformed into a boat". The day's refrain was "Hippo, Hippo, Hooray" and a memory that Mario still speaks about often!
