Mario & Dada Celebrate Father's Day with World Cup Wins & Family Fun

Yesterday was Father’s Day, and we spent the day watching the World Cup (in fact, the entire weekend was dedicated to World Cup matches). Between games, Mario took a selfie with Dada, did some watercolor painting, and played with his favorite animals. My boys looked adorable as usual—wearing matching Umbro T-shirts on Saturday and matching Argentina 2014 Home Soccer Jerseys on Sunday to cheer for my husband’s favorite team.

Argentina won their match with Bosnia & Herzegovina yesterday, making it the best Father’s Day gift my husband could have received—well, besides Mario, of course. After the matches, we celebrated both Father’s Day and Argentina’s win with a walk to our neighborhood park, followed by dinner at Chez Maman, one of our favorite local spots.

Overall, Father’s Day was filled with soccer excitement, lots of laughs, and plenty of love. I hope you all had a wonderful Father’s Day as well!
