Mario Loves Legoland Germany
Legos and birthdays are Mario's two favorite things. Since we had a blast last year at Legoland for Mario's fourth birthday, we decided to spend his birthday there again this year. We went to the Legoland Resort over a long weekend and stayed in a Knight-Themed Cottage. The Legoland Resort is just outside of Munich and is a five hour drive from Dusseldorf, so when we finally arrived, Mario was sound asleep in the car. He quickly woke when he saw the cottage and was overwhelmed with joy and began to excitedly explore every inch of the themed cottage. The next two days were spent happily exploring every inch of the theme park, which included riding almost every ride (except for the roller coasters), visiting every attraction, building legos in the lego factory and going into every gift shop!
Mario really, really, really loves Legos and going to Legoland Resort was the best birthday present ever! I think we should book our room for next year, because I know where we will be when Mario turns 6 - at Legoland!
