We had a heat wave in Dusseldorf this past weekend so we headed to Legoland Discovery Centre, with its air conditioning and over 4 million LEGO bricks under one roof it was like we jumped into the coolest and biggest box of LEGO® bricks ever! There was plenty of fun at the Legoland Discovery Centre to fill our afternoon: we had a LEGO factory tour; we saw the LEGO mini land with iconic buildings from our area, all made out of LEGO® bricks; we built LEGO cars and raced them down the several test tracks; and we built towers and broke them down with a wrecking ball in the LEGO Construction Site. My husband was a little bored, let's just say he is not a master builder, but Mario and I had a blast at the LEGOLAND ® Discovery Centre. In fact, I don't know who had more fun playing with LEGO bricks - me or Mario :-)
