A couple of weeks ago I shared with you that our family had brunch at a few restaurants in Düsseldorf - as we are on a search for our favorite local weekend brunch spot. One of the hardest restaurants to get into in Düsseldorf at the moment is Bar Olio, so of course we wanted to eat there to see if Bar Olio lived up to the hype. From a changing menu written on a chalkboard, we chose to order spaghetti, penne, salad, and a steak; needless to say it was delicious and we will definitely be going back (hopefully soon). Not only was the food delightful at Bar Olio, but the atmosphere was adorable. We ate in the outdoor garden where Mario enjoyed playing by the potted plants with his lego airplane. Mario also had his usual swag in his cool tiger tee (Roar!), his comfy, slouchy sweatpants, and his trendy sneakers.
