Mario's pre-school had their Cultural Celebration featuring Uruguay at Randall Museum this past Saturday! We enjoyed a taste of Uruguayan food followed by dances and songs performed by the kids from the different campuses. I was beaming with pride and so happy to watch Mario's class sing 'el alfabeto' (alphabet song), even though Mario had his fist in his mouth the entire performance.
Mario had a fun but exhausting day exploring Randall Museum with his girlfriend from his class; performing for his first time; watching the other kids perform; watching a professional dancer from Uruguay perform to live music; climbing in the tractor outside of the museum; picking flowers for mama; taking a selfie with mama and dada; and, finally having pizza at his favorite restaurant.
