I don't know who was more excited that we went to Waterworld California this weekend, my husband or Mario, both of them couldn't wait to go on the rides and slides.
In addition to 8 exciting rides and slides, Waterworld has attractions just for kids. Treasure Island Children’s Activity Area is a large, interactive water-powered playground built just for kids and Lil' Kahuna's Waterworks Children’s Activity Area is an exciting "sprayground" with more than 15 wet-and-wild elements including giant waterfall archways, fountains, geysers, water-powered seesaws and swings, tipping buckets and pint-sized waterslides. Mario enjoyed both kids attractions, but he especially loved Lil' Kahuna's pint-sized waterslides - I lost count of how many times he went down the slides!
We also spent some time in Breaker Beach Wave Pool and in Kaanapali Kooler Lazy River, where we relaxed and floated on inner tubes through the geyser waterfalls.
Mario was exhausted after his fun-filled day at Waterworld California, and within five minutes of exiting the parking lot he passed out in his car seat!
