Mario's Pre-School had a Fall Harvest party for the kids and their parents a few weeks ago. The kids made piñatas in class, and were all excited to take turns wacking at it, except for Mario, who is a lover not a fighter; he was sad watching the other kids try to hit the cute pumpkin that he helped to make. However, like all of the other kids in his class, Mario was happy to get the small toys and run in the confetti it was filled with when it was broken open. Besides the piñata fun, the kids had a blast kicking and chasing after balls in the playground.
Now I have to talk about how cute, albeit messy, Mario looked in his Ahoy Tees Spooky Arrple Organic Tee (we obviously had snacks at the party). I love Ahoy Tees, and this Tee is not only Organic but also Spookily Cool and Mario loves Apples and Pirates. Ahoy Tees is a new brand that was started this year by husband and wife team Tito & Christine Hernandez with the idea to make the world of kid t-shirts a little more fun, weird and nautical. Designs are inspired by the sea and the general weirdness of Los Angeles with a focus on simplicity. All Ahoy Tees products are designed, manufactured, and printed in LA. Did I mention I love Ahoy Tees? Check out the entire collection of products at their website ahoytees.com.
