Army Jackets

The Army Jacket is my new favorite outerwear piece for Spring. I know, I know... last week I loved the Denim Jacket, but the Army Jacket is an outerwear essential that is becoming a classic right along side the Denim Jacket. The Army Jacket looks perfect with a casual weekend outfit, but also looks cute toning down a dressier look or a fancy frock. The Army Jacket is versatile, and I Love that! I also Love a trend that can be unisex, and this is another one that is (surprise, surprise)! Military in general is a trend for Spring; camo prints, army green hues, and of course the Army Jacket. In fact, I had tagged the below jackets just over a week ago, but wrote about the parka instead due to the cold weather across the country, and in just over a week many sizes have already sold out!  If that's not proof that the Army Jacket is a Must Have, I don't know what is, so grab an Army Jacket now before they are gone. I have my eyes on an Army Jacket for Spring for myself, and I am thinking I am going to have to grab it before it is gone too!

This Woolrich Summer Army Jacket  is the perfect jacket for your action packed little one. I love the Military inspired patches, epaulets, and metal snap details.  This is a very Cool Authentic Army Jacket and I love it just as much for a Girl as for a Boy.

This Ralph Lauren Cotton Flag Field Jacket is a ruggedly handsome Army Jacket with plaid lining, a distressed flag patch at the arm, embroidery above the left pocket, epaulets, and a stowaway hood. 

This Boys' Hartford Jarrow Army Jacket is available at J.Crew. J.Crew is one of the only stores in the U.S. to sell the brand Hartford's kids' collection. Hartford was started in 1979 to recreate the vintage 1940s shirts that could only be found at Parisian flea markets. Although this is a boys' jacket, with its refined fabrication and simplicity in design (in my opinion) it is a perfect unisex jacket :-)

This J.Crew Girls' Hooded Downtown Field Jacket is a sized down version of their best-selling women's jacket, just for little ones! It has all the same original military-inspired details as the women's jacket which includes gold snaps and a resin-coated canvas that is water resistant, making it perfect for Spring Showers!
